When your flight arrives at Kilimanjaro International Airport, a representative from Rauforest Adventure will be waiting to transport you to Moshi. The city boasts one of the best views in the world, with front-row seats to Mount Kilimanjaro. Moshi is also home to pleasant tree-lined streets, bustling marketplaces, and your own first-rate accommodations for tonight: the Rauforest Villa. After getting checked in, you can spend the rest of the day exploring the lovely grounds, dining at the hotel restaurant, or even exploring the city. Tomorrow we’ll begin our ascent of Kilimanjaro in earnest, so make sure to get plenty of sleep.
Day1:Marangu Gate (1,860m) → Mandara Hut (2,715m)
