Tour Itinerary

Day 0:Arrival Day

 When your flight arrives at Kilimanjaro International Airport, a representative from Rauforest Adventure will be waiting to transport you to Moshi. The city boasts one of the best views in the world, with front-row seats to Mount Kilimanjaro. Moshi is also home to pleasant tree-lined streets, bustling marketplaces, and your own first-rate accommodations for tonight: the Rauforest Villa . After getting checked in, you can spend the rest of the day exploring the environment  grounds, going for , dining at the hotel restaurant, or even exploring the city. Tomorrow we’ll begin our  safari in earnest, so make sure to get plenty of sleep.

Day 1: Tarangire National Park

  • Activities:

    • Full-day game drive in Tarangire (elephants, baobabs, lions).

    • Sundowner drinks at the lodge.

  • Luxury Stay: Tarangire Treetops Lodge or Sanctuary Swala Camp.

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

    • Activities:

      • Scenic drive to Serengeti via Ngorongoro Highlands.

      • Afternoon game drive in Central Serengeti.

    • Luxury Stay: Four Seasons Safari Lodge or Singita Serengeti.

    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 3: Full-Day Serengeti Safari

      • Activities:

        • Sunrise game drive (predator sightings).

        • Optional hot-air balloon safari (extra cost).

        • Bush dinner under the stars.

      • Luxury Stay: Same as Day 3.

      • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 4: Full-Day Serengeti Safari

Today you will wake up very early in the morning for a sunrise game drive. The sunrise in the African Savanna is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have. Later at noon, you will return back to the campsite for a brunch/lunch and then you will continue with the game 

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast depart the lodge and descend to the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a 5 hours game viewing. The Crater (covering a total area of 100 square miles) is host to black rhino, Lion, Elephant, hippopotamus, hyena, jackal, Zebra, and Wildebeest. Enjoy 10 minutes of stretching outside the safari vehicle at the hippo pool before ascending the crater wall back to the campsite for hot lunch. 

Day 6:Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara

Activities:

          • Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater (Big Five sightings).

          • Picnic lunch by a hippo pool.

        • Luxury Stay: Ngorongoro Crater Lodge or The Manor.

        • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 7: Departure day

Transfer To Airport
